Painful Monday

Good Morning ladies,
Monday morning here and I'm back at home.
Janna is typing this out for me, as I cannot sit on the computer chair. In fact, I can barely walk at all. The pain is dreadful, much worse than for my first knee. I see the physio on Thursday, and am just trying to do gentle exercises in the meantime. My roommate in the hospital caught some strain of Influenza and we were both quarantined. I don't seem to have picked it up so far, thank goodness.
The operation apparently went well so don't know why I'm getting such awful pain now. I'm using a walker but really want to try and use the crutches. Hopefully in a few days I will be able to sit at the computer myself. I've been thinking of you both and praying that your fur-babies are all doing well. I haven't read your latest posts yet but will try and do that tomorrow and catch up with your news. I'm not really good for anything at the moment, except bossing poor Janna around. Things can only get better I guess.
Oh yes, I saw Harry, the Burwood Hospital cat, but I couldn't have him on top of my bed this time as Ingrid, my roommate was terrified of him. She was from Chile and was not overly friendly, although she was very unwell and kept vomiting all over the place. I couldn't do much to help her.
I'll go now but know that I'm thinking of you both and will catch up with all your news in the next couple of days.
Have a great week Pamela and Shelley.

H Dinky,

Lovely to hear from you, glad to hear the op went well. Hopefully you are back up on your feet really soon and that the pain eases quickly for you.

Shelley, that must have been such a worry with your dad, glad he is ok!!
