Snowy Saturday!

Good afternoon ladies,

As you may have guessed its snowy here. Its not been too bad but enough for a few cars to be stuck on the main roads. We ventured out about half an hour ago to go to the supermarkets for a few things then home. I let Steven drive as i dont do driving in the snow!! We took the girls out earlier and they were enjoying it. Didn't do our usual weekend walk as it was cold and had ice/sleet blowing in our faces when we were walking.

I got Steven to bring the christmas decorations down from the loft so i could see what i need for when we get the tree. Glad i did as i tested my lights and 3 sets werent working so i have ordered some from amazon. Hoping the snow melts a bit more so we can get dinner from our favourite place. I dont want to order a delivery as last time it was cold and not the best so better to pick it up.

We are talking about going to see my dad tomorrow and Steven will have a couple of pints with him. Dad came over yesterday as my car wouldn't start on Thursday night when i was going to meet my friend but of course steven tried it when he got in and it started!! I actually think it was driver error if im honest!! In stevens car you put your foot on the brake then press the button to start it but my car you put your foot on the clutch then turn the key. I think my foot may have been on the brake!! I've had the car 3 years so no idea why i would have don't that but its the only thing i can think of!!

Dinky, sorry to hear the calendars haven't turned out the way they were meant to, you think the printers would redo them as its for the hospital. Shame on them!! Glad to hear your physio is continuing to go well, Have you been keeping up your walking?

The corrs were amazing! was a great night. I havent got the presents wrapped yet, i will do that nearer christmas when my tree is up which will be round about the 2nd of December as Stevens big car goes back on the 6th December and my car is too small to take a tree in it!

Shelley, how have you been affected by storm Bert? TBH it hasnt really hit us much. Not sure if the snow is part of it. Have you got any doll fairs before christmas? How are the pups doing? Its horrible seeing them getting older. Ive got that with Mia as we think she is about 13/14 now and Skye is 15 in december. Robyn is only 4 in January.

Have a lovely weekend ladies
