Well . . . it's GOOD news!!! Fifi's results have come back negative so there is no sign of tumour remaining. That means no further operations or limb removal Furthermore, her wound, though partially open, is healing nicely - no pus, no wetness; just scabbing over as it should. We were at the vets for nearly an hour redressing her leg; Fi was an angel and kept her face in my hand whilst I held her and wriggled very little in order for the new bandage to be put on. Back on Saturday for redressing and hopefully more positive news that the wound is continuing to heal. |
