Exactly my feelings too. She should report the vet and if she has not yet settled the full bill, refuse to pay, for her sake and also for the sake of any other patients this vet treats (or attempts to treat) in the future). My concern however is that she may be so worn out by all this she may just wish to leave things as they are (as far as the vet is concerned that is). I wonder if there is a record of complaints from other clients?
