Update on Sleep Cones ~ Day 7

Wait for it..................

Another good undisturbed sleep last night!!!

I had to leave the cones off last night so I was a wee bit apprehensive of the result.....now I really am convinced they are helping me. I finish the course on Friday and it is going to be interesting to see what happens then!

Oh brilliant Mags, I'm so pleased that they are working for you. I just hate it when I have problems sleeping. I may invest in them myself

I'm so pleased (and relieved that I haven't cause you to waste your money!)

On a related tack - have just taken delivery of an acupressure ring (goes on little finger) for OH to stop snoring

I'll be interested to hear about that too DM as I think my hubby is the snorer of all snorers!
