Yeap no idea why though Angie really the coped up thing is my thought, although as you know she is scared of fireworks/thunder and gunfire and lived next to a shooting range (they did not know she was scared) think they were used to it. So I assume she lived in the country (open fields) maybe she is scared because of that........

we do as well kazz normally but this 1 was off lead and came upto OH and barney, OH said it showed its teeth a little as if to put barney in his place then it came back another couple of times and it was ok, barney never reacted to it but the owner should have kept it beside her when it came up the first time and went back to her to stop it coming up again as it could have went badly wrong if barney had of started!!

Yes Gerry Rafferty was the right answer.

Q7. Which British bird's song is said to resemble the phrase "little bit of bread but no cheese"?

I figure a few steps in on a regular basis and walking alongside when in and nothing happens to her we will move on.

Even dogs who had plenty of socialisation as pups (like my Monty) can kick off. He tends to be fine off lead, but a bit of a nightmare on lead ....... I guess it's because he knows he can't escape/avoid if he feels the need, so becomes overly excited and noisy.
