There is a high calorie drink here called Build Up which is sometimes used for convalescents - mixed with milk and full of vitamins etc.

yeah we have ensure over here aswell, i've tasted a few of the other ones

Personally, I'd stick with the beer, gin and wine too! Guinness is good for you!
