I'm a great believer in taking Vitamin C to ward off colds. Seems to work for me, can't remember the last one I had.

I always try to take Vit C if I feel a bit coldy. Always seems to have gone by morning.

Yes, I agree paracetamol and Vit C - I hardly get colds, think it's due to being outside so much. Can't remember last one I had. Just can't bear the runny nose stage.
