Excessive bank charges - anybody going to complain to their bank?

I studied law when I did my Licensed Conveyancers Course, so I know about contract law etc. It's a lot to take in though!!

Give them 14 days from your first letter, don't give them another 14 days from the date of THEIR letter.

also, we havent had anything from my OH's bank yet, they sent a letter saying they were dealing with the matter, but the 14 days has come and gone on tues, so do we write another letter now?
