Re: Sleep promotion tips

It is a shame DM but I've only had 3 bad nights during the 8 days I have been using them and that is very good for me I'm sure they have helped a bit!

Chin up Mags, it's just a temporary setback. You will soon be back sleeping well again

Re: Sleep promotion tips

OOh, am really tempted with these - I used to be able to sleep through anything, and then I got tendonitis and the tablets affected my sleep pattern - that was 2 years ago!! Low dose prescription sleeping tablets didn't work, so I never bothered with things like Nytol. Part of my prob is the cats, and part is worry. I can't remember the last time I had a full nights sleep, and I even wake up before the alarm now, and the same time at weekends - I used to be able to get up, feed the cats and go back to bed - not any more. I hate Lavender, so won't use that, and I don't like getting out of bed to even read/watch a film, never mind leave the room!!

Update on Sleep Cones ~ Day 9
Well.....I had 8 and a half hours sleep last night!! I was really tired when I went to bed and it was a night cone-free. I feel so much better today after a good sleep too!
Back to the cones tonight!
