I thought it was Hemmingways novel of that name - about spanish civil war? Another example of a film ruining I book I thought. |

It's a quote from JD's famous 'No man is an island' prose. Hemmingway borrowed the title for his book to symbolise the potential destruction of Europe the war would bring about (not wrong there)!! |
