i'm feeling much the same as before, Lynz. Yes i do take them in the morning before food. I have read somewhere that soy products can affect absorption, i do eat quite a bit of quorn, not excessive but being a vegi i have it a couple of times a week |

hmm was just checking as somebody was taking theirs at night which was making them feel ill! your soya shouldnt interfere too much unless your taking it at the same time. yeah maybe a wee dose adjustment could do you good |
