Update on Sleep Cones ~ Day 10

Awake until 3.00am ish, felt really tired but just couldn't drop off
Awoke later at 5.30
The bad nights aren't as frequent but I could do without them!

The last cone is tomorrow night DM..
So far I have had 3 bad nights....all with the cones

Maybe you were 'cured' very early and the cones are actually disrupting your new pattern?
