I expect you can a bit later on Fran. The instructions say to use for 2 weeks only, then go to docs if still not sleeping. I've just put my last ones on now and I have only had 4 bad nights since I started using them....which is very good for me!

Update on Sleep Cones ~ Day 12

Must have dropped off to sleep about 1.00am.
Woke up at 4.40am, awake for about 30 mins then asleep again.
Woke this morning at 7.30.

That's my course of cones finished, so, in all, I have had.........
7 good nights
4 bad nights
1 fair night
That is an improvement and it's going to be interesting to see what the next week holds for me without them!
