Just want everybody to know that Emma is sending these books to me free of charge - she wont take any money at all for them and refuses to give me her addy to send a cheque.

Well I am having chicken and veg tonight

I am down 2lbs from yesterday Gotta love a good fry up (I must point out that I don't have a fry up every day!!! )

How are you getting on Donna??

Hi Emma

Been a good day I think

Had scrambled eggs/cheese for breckie
Salad/mayo/tuna for lunch
Chicken/brocolli/cauliflower in your cheese sauce recipe.

Just had dinner and am stuffed!

Bit concerned as to how much I should have of foods as WW used to give you a portion size so may have done badly and not know about it as I dont know how much to eat!! If that makes sense!

Spaghetti in a Pesto sauce, with cooked chicken and very nice too.
