I've not got any paste left Fran, but I do have a powder probiotic I got 2 days ago from them. I assume this does the same thing as the promax paste. It's the starving bit I don't want to do again, 'cause it seems as if that's all I've dont to the poor wee thing. I guess I don't have much option though as I have to do something to help her. |

The probiotic powder isn't as good as the paste as the paste has a binding agent and other helpful things in it too. Out of interest....other than cats, do you keep any other pets? |

I have a rabbit, Minstral, but he's kept in a hutch outside and never comes indoors. Teddie has never come into contact with him, and my rat Tinkerbell, died of old age just as we got Teddie. |

Oh, and my vet was reluctant to give me promax paste again as he said that it isn't a good idea to keep her on it as that just hides an underlying cause. Personally I thought giving it to her when she's trying to change foods would be the best idea. Could I go into another vets and pick up a tube of it? |
