May I ask you something? What made you think Polly and Elsa would cope? Just genuinely interested, its non of my business, but you know me, too many lawyers in the family, always asking questions!!

Hope he settles in ok, will Florrie be spayed now, to save accidents? Best of luck with him.
Dawn.
Hi Dawn-
thats quite okay to ask
There was allways an issue with a feline entering the house-Elsa has her issues but they are to be worked on regardless of whether a puppy is here or not..she has this strong love of dogs (as is illustrating now) but is quite non tolerant of cats which was one of our concerns of a kitten.
POlly has her ailments yes-but she spends most of her time with my mum doing the day to day things now, and she has taken surprisinglly well to a puppy!
It wasn't a thing entered lightly into, we had eyes on a litter from his breeder towards the end of the yearbut one fateful day she said she had one puppy thats reserve had been lapsed from a current litter and would we be intersted. We thought long and hard, and got our vets opinion and eventually thought that it could work (which seeminglly it is)
And yes Florrie is being speyed (think end of the month, or maybe July *memory like seive) which was booked anyway as no need to keep an intact bitch

Give it a go Luke!!!

I honestly, although I never said, didnt think that a JRT would let another arrival "ruin her day" Terriers are far too resilient for that, I'm sure they will be fine.

Well Florrie loves him and just wants to play-lucky he's a springer and could go forever~!
Polly thinks she is basically mammy and has assumed the role to keep him firmly in place
Elsa loves him-just wants to wash him constantly
and Clem is just in a stompy that theres someone new that she didnt get to 'welcome in her own way' first

He is stunning Luke....strong and chunky, its gonna be lovely to see him growing up, so lots of pics please, And I am so pleased the others have welcomed him. I have had Springers all my life and thet have always been such happy eager to please dogs so you are going to have such a lot of fun with him.
Very stubborn dogs though....so start the training straight away, nothing too heavy or strict, you just need to get him used to listeningto you. But you know all that stuff anyway with your gang

More pics please

He has had 2 accidents in the house-but been for a pee 4 times outside and 2 times pooing..and all these times hes actually WHINED to go out! He also has learnt to sit..although its when he wants to
But basically hes seeming a lot easier than i suspected-he is at present asleep and grunting and such as he snoozesps his love to his northern godmother
