Coule be lack of excercise maybe you need to be physically tired as well as mentaly exhaused...........befoe you get back into a sleep routine...and I think it is a routine as much as a neccesity. |

I have no advice.. but feel for you.. there is nothing worse than not getting enough sleep.. when I was ill a year or so ago, I couldnt sleep and ended up on tablets to help. Not taking anything now, and can fall asleep very easily.... but alwasy wake up so early!! Soon as I am awake, my brain starts going full pelt thinking of all the things I have to do.. Do you have lots of things on the go at once? Maybe sorting out a few bits would help your brain sleep too when it is time. |
