Thank you, she is a bit more slender than a pure lab pup would be and her white bits of course but aside from that she takes after her daddy (the lab) more, she's very labby in her temperament too. Thank you for your lovely comments on Bear too, he's the soppiest dog you could ever wish to meet, rotties are wonderful dogs.

Great news about the Rotti.
Thank you! Oh yes she loves her food but she's not as bad as my Weimaraner, Maddy, in that respect! Never really had a proper mud magnet of a dog before, mine will stand in it and run through it but Star, she'd prefer to bathe in it!

Thank you Moli, I think kids and animals are just made for each other, my son loves all the animals and they all equally adore him.

Thanks Elaine, great news for me too, means I can always see how he's doing and see him whenever I like and he's totally spoilt rotten by my dad being an only dog there, although he's into his lovely teenage stage at the minute which means he's selectively deaf when he decides it's at his convenience.

Looks like Star is growing at a rate of knots. Is the comfort bone still "alive" - sort of doubt it! Star does look like you use lots of elbow grease polishing her lovely coat.

Glad your Dad and the Rotti are happy together.

Thank you Angie, the bone is still very much in one piece although the growly thing inside is kaput, that lasted half a day!
