I find a walk in the park crunching through crisp fallen leaves is great for me. Cheers me up no end. Also find a nice dish of thorntons rum and rasin ice cream is a happiness burst too. Also buy myself a nice bunch of flowers every now and again too regularly. But will look at the purple foot pleaser.  |

I love walking through the autumn leaves too - oh and I'll be able to indulge a new pleasure this winter - jumping into puddles in my new wellington boots! (I will try very carefully not to end up like The Vicar of Dibley!) |

Kitkats are my indulgence! For some reason I prefer them to the more expensive chocolates! I love mint chocolate as well (better not start thinking of mint chocolate, I'll only start wanting some now!) |
