Just to echo what the others have said. A kitten can't change sex. The kitten will not have changed sex. Therefore there is no reason why the kittens shouldn't be fertile. |

Thank you for your reply. The kitten at Nine weeks, was a boy, when the Vet check him, before he had his vaccs, but at Twelve weeks, the vet checked, before having the Second vaccs, it had changed to a girl. This has happend to Two kittens, and both were born big, and are very strong. I wish you a Happy New Year. |

Animals can not change sex. Simple as that! Do you know anyone who has given birth to a male child & then it has turned into a female? No disprespect to you / the breeder / the vet or whoever else sexed it, but if someone said it was a boy & now it's a girl, it simply means they sexed it incorrectly. Also why does it matter. Are you intending to breed from a female cat that you thought was a male? Anyway, happy new year to you. |

The vet is a specialist in feline care, and the kitten was a boy, when he had his First vaccs, but changed to a girl by Twelve weeks, when she had her Second vaccs. The vet was surprise to have found the change. This has happened to Two kittens now, and both are large kittens by the time they are Four weeks old. |
