Where can you get goose fat if you haven't cooked one? Don't remember ever seeing it in the market...I think goose is more popular there than in the States...very Dickensian! |

Here you can buy it in the supermartket DM have a look at an online supermarket by you a big one maybe and in the search engine put in goose fat and see what pops up - you know Mags I was thinking that too it only seems like yesterday Emma was passing on the information on goose fat - doesn't it but its obviously been a year. Wow where has it gone. |

Kazz, just did a search and found one site here that has goose fat: 7 oz. for $8.11, plus S & H. Seems a bit pricy. Did find a few UK sites that have it, though. Think I'll continue to baste my roast potatoes with the chicken fat....... |

Mine came in a glass jar, rather like a small jam jar and was quite expensive but can't remember what I paid for it now. I bought it in Asda - my local supermarket |
