Yes, they were shown here but I didn't watch. I have a thing about seeing a movie/TV show adaptation of a book I have loved...it just is not the same. I couldn't watch the Anne of Green Gables series on TV; I grew up on those books; the same with Little House on the Prairie. I think that all started when I first saw Gone With The Wind, which I think everyone would agree is a masterpiece, a classic movie...but not the way I had imagined the characters from the book.....sort of ruined it for me.
