I'm not sure what system they use. Did they swipe your card or did you put in a pin? How was the refund carried out? Were you there? |

I was there and put in my pin number....How does that help, and do you work for a banking system in your spare time? |

Haha Kazz. I used to work in the Bank full time  . If you were there, put in your pin, by rights it shouldn't take any more than 24 hours.OK they could say there was a problem with the link but I wouldn't give them any more than 10 days. |

i would have said straight away well thats normally the case if ive ever had anything refunded back to my card.but i may be wrong  |
