Re: Tabatha.

Tabatha's results are back and they are not great- her urea and creatinine are up, so she is in CRF ( 3 weeks ago they were fine), she is more aneamic ( we think, the blood may have clotted) and she is fighting another infection. I have to admit I am having a small worry that she has FIP, but it is hard to diagnose and so many other things could be causing her problems. For the time being we are starting her on benzacare, she is off the vidalta for a couple of weeks in case it is causing the problem ( however she can't be off it long term). She will be given an anabolic steriod and vitamin injection tomorrow along with Jimmy and Misty and I will inject her with convenia tonight- having spoken to the vet, we are going to do this fortnightly to try and knock any infections on the head before they get a chance to start!
