Many flatter faced Cats, like Dogs (Teagan would have been) are undershot. (When the bottom jaw is longer than the top.)
If you do mean overshot and the bottom jaw is significantly shorter than the top jaw, then it will most likely improve at least a little as the bottom jaw does move.

Overshot Dawn....have tried to get a pic but he's not having it
Has got worse with age so far
But fingers crossed it does improve, as the teeth are already digging in a little...(his gums aren't sore though)
(Luckily Teagan was fine and didn't have problems with her mouth...she had a scissor bite!)
