I'm the same JM, I couldn't think of letting my 2 out after what happened to Oscar really just metres from my front window. 1 of my neighbours commented that we are doing the right thing keeping them in. I couldn't bare anything happening to them. Oscar was heartbreaking enough to hear

Over the last 6 months Pamela81, two cats have been run over in the car park. Both drivers just went off and never bothered. Niether have them been found. My two enjoy their little back garden outings, but having been "brought up" inside, as soon as they get scared or think they might be in trouble they run indoors. Some people might think keeping them indoors is cruel, but to me that's what they have always known since they were born and where they feel safe. They are loved and well kept and ime so glad we have raised them this way!!
