I don`t do much posh cooking-just meatballs tonight. Well the lamb mince was blended with a mix of bread crumbs and mint ,coriander and cumin. A tomato sauce of garlic,mushrooms,tomatoes and red wine |

First chance I've had t log on all day!! It is our 26th wedding anniversary today!! Thursdays is my day off, but just been the usual stuff, housework, shopping, etc. I had our first foster care review today, took 2 hours, but they are pleased with how everything is going. Had a chinese this evening and a glass of wine! We do live the high life lol. |
