Well...i had my tests done today....the blood tests (surprisinglly) hurt more than the *other* did!! Went off to the GP had a good chat about things....he gave me some good tips/advice...will go back next monday to see about *possiblly* trying some sleeping tablets and such. He told me to eat foods that aren't too rich, or spicy etc for a short while..and to drink nothing but water/sqaushes and that sorta thing just to make sure nothing can 'agrivate' my colon in some way (sorry-but i was laughing when he said that statement!) Feeling a bit better today...just feel very *tired* and doing the littlest things like letting the dogs out for a wee this morning and such has made me feel so drained-its not helped in the slightest by the heat!! Spent most of the day (when at home) curled up on my bed, surrounded by fans, on laptop..watching dvds, drinking water, and surrounded by the dogs..which was erm...heavy, put it that way!! But feeling a bit better....just tired and a bit sore! |
