Maybe he is getting mixed messages "being watched ans smiling" may come across as "Ah ha No" in his head maybe say "Good dog" or something that he associates with doing the right thing rather than just smiling. So he knows he is doing what you want. Sounds like he is being gentle with the kitten though. |

Hopefully he snaps out of it, but i'm not too concerned with him and Cheddar. He's been good so far.  |
