Do you have a syringe that you could use to get some more water into him RCR? Or try to get him to lick water off your finger or try him with a teaspoon?

I would keep trying to get him to take water. If he doesn't eat tomorrow, I think I'd phone the vet back if I were you.

I was going to phone the vet tomorrow if he still wasn't eating properly
