Well the sun is starting to make an appearance at last  My OH is off go carting with work tonight and then eating out so only have to cook for the kids |

No thunder last night here, Its a shame, I have been checking the weather sites daily as there was talk last week of some brewing over france, typical someone else got it! |

I am very sad that I need to go shopping again this afternoon Got up super early as I had a gas man booked but he couldn't say what time he'd be here, just "in the morning". I now have a gas cooker hooked up in the ground floor kitchen where before, I had to carry everything up two flights of stairs and then back down afterwards to cook on an electric cooker! I'm chuffed  Random is being a little jumpy today, I reckon he'll be glad to go to nursery and run around there with all his friends. I'm also buying a Kong today for next door's dog as the man owning it has been very nice and stopped using powertools at ungodly hours on the weekend  |

Sunny and warm here. Took Rover out as usual during my lunch-break, but it was too hot to do much running around so we stayed on the lawn just chasing the odd bug or twig and panting, or (in my case) just sat in the shade watching. The exploring and bird-control can be done another time. Funny how the Scottish summer seems to happen early May (and a week or two late September) with rain and cold during the summer months. |
