Eileen, he is what is called a mismark. The blue spot on his chin. He wouldn't be able to be shown anyway. Kazz. I'm going to have her guts for garters I'll tell you. I have a contract but it just say''s that if I cant look after him for any reason she'll take him back. Nothing about illness. Oh and I must have him sipped, which I would anyway. |

Jac, although this is bad news, at least you now know what you are dealing with and it could have been worse. As the others have said, Calici is treatable and can be managed for life with no evidence of illness at all. Fingers crossed for the little man and for Abi. Hopefully he will be over the worst of it now and come out the other side. Lots of hugs to you all. Oh, and I totally agree that you should speak to his breeder and hear what she has to say about all this. Keep us posted. |
