I have one girl Cleo and one boy Oscar they are equally loving but in different ways Cleo will "love purr for anyone in the whole wide world " yet she saves one special purr just for me and will not rest apparently until I am there she pines when I am on holiday and will not sleep she is happy when curled up asleep in the crook of my knees on the bed Yet Oscar totaly different - a one person cat - I am that person though over the last 10 -11 years he has got better and allowed himself to be stroked by close family and he likes the children (nieces and nephews) going out of his way now to make himself seen and therefore stroked by them but his idea of happiness I think would be me and him alone in the world otherthan maybe Cleo. I think that goes back to him being "abused" as a kitten. His trust was damaged. So to me they are both affecionate. Karen |

We have had male and female cats galore. They are all different, as you know. For the most part, the boys here are more affectionate and clingy. However we have had a few very loving female cats. They are all fantastic though. After all they DO put up with us don't they? C3D |
