As a little treat now and again a bit of human tuna won't hurt. But not as a regular part of the diet....cats need taurine in their diet; pet tuna is fortified with it, human tuna isn't. Lack of taurine can cause blindness in cats. http://journals.aol.com/hpmiou/TheMo...ridayMewsGazet |

hi thanks! he has complete biscuits, still wont touch and wet food so its in the cupboard! he has gone off kitten milk too, but he loves his water! so im sure he is ok! his coats shiny and his sooo nutty lol! ooo didnt know that about tuna, he did have some tuna today about a tablespoon, never given it to him before but he did love it, oh and a little bit of salmon from my dinner........ under a teaspoon full..........i cant help it he sits next to me and puts his paw on me........im wrapped around it!!! |

A lot of cats go off milk as they mature; nothing to worry about. Only two of my seven drank milk as adults; they tolerated it well. And that little bit of salmon won't hurt at all! |

lol i dont know!! elvis has Never ever had a drink inside even as a kitten would leave his water untouched!! rather rain water ...or the sink....or bath!! Taylor however loves it!! he does remind me of a dog though.........! lol |

Rover drinks a bit more fresh, indoor water if the bowl is in another room from his food. I think it's the cat thing of not doing what we want, and indoor water next to the food is too predictable. ^^ |
