You will have to dry them for ages to stop the putrification (long word! )
Probably for the whole night, on a very low heat.

I make liver cake, which cooks up moist, then I sometimes 'dry' a portion of it. I wouldn't try to keep it much more than a week though. Makes you wonder what preservatives must be in soem of the food we and our animals eat

Re: Daily Shred Thread / Saturday..

Afternoon everyone

Had a horrible task this morning. I had to pick up 2 dogs from a lady that's son died. He was in his 40's. She was crying, I was crying, God I never want to have to do that again!

Its freezing here today but the sun's out. No snow yet

That is a wonderful thing you did Jac

Well I have just spent the whole morning cleaning and hoovering still in my PJs

All finished now so I am just about to jump into the bath with a nice glass of red wine then cooking dinner for tonight (duck ) and doing the triffle for tomorrow.

I did wash out my dyson filter, the water was like mud perhaps the hoover with be a bit more effective after that!!

Re: Daily Shred Thread / Saturday..

lol Donna my Dyson is a DCO3 which when they brought it out had one lifetime filter and one filter you had to change every year, they then brought out a lifetime but washable filter for the one you had to replace every year, so I bought the filter. Looking at the website it seems that they now sell them with two lifetime filters (which I presume you still have to wash one of them)

Re: Daily Shred Thread / Saturday..

Right - all Christmas shopping is officially complete!! Finally got hubby into a jewellry shop as I've been hinting that he should consider getting some jewellry for himself. He's resisted and stuck to watch and wedding ring only. So - I found this amazing titanium bangle (mens), which is not at all chavvy or ott, but quite discreet. He agreed that I could buy it for him. Yipee!!!

Got the venison for Boxing Day lunch - and for 9 people it wasn't cheap, but it was a lovely joint of meat . . . looking forward to eating it!

Now about to have a glass of wine; feed the nipper and get a few bits ready for our thai stir fry tonight. Need something light after yesterday's blow out meal and tomorrows working pub lunch.

Have a nice Saturday evening one and all
