Re: Merlin's Tea Party!

I am sorry to hear that Liz - still not recovered from your chest infection are you? And had a busy week at work no doubt.

You should be introduced to a friend Merlin has invited to his tea party. He said a tea party/picnic wouldn't be the same without this particular friend .....

Please meet Bunty Bear ......

Bunty has brought along a picnic hamper .....

Re: Merlin's Tea Party!

What a beautiful place to hold Merlin's Tea Party!

Cassie is looking forward to it and sends along a few things in advance...

A nice plate of tasty salmon to whet Merlin's appetite.....

A bottle of Pinot Meow cat treats to share with his friends.....

We thought he would like a nice little jar to keep any extra treats in......

....and a little cat treat ball to play with so that he can get some exercise after all the food he will eat today...

Teddie thinks it's just what she needs to cheer her up, so decided to dress up for the occasion.

Oh Teddie - how beautiful you are in your (?) veil! Mind you don't spoil it running after that lovely little ball Mags and Cassie have kindly brought along.

Would anyone care for tea yet .... or is it a bit early still?

Re: Merlin's Tea Party!

Sorry to be a little late, the virtual taxi ran into some traffic! What a lovely site Merlin has picked, and it's so nice to see all our friends here!! I did not bake this cherry pie myself, but it's organic from Whole Foods and very very tasty, hope you enjoy it!

And Leia has brought a nice broiled trout for Merlin who likes fish...don't worry it has been de-boned!

What a lovely day for a picnic! Thanks for inviting us; Leia is off to investigate Bunty Bear's hamper...there might be something interesting in there!!

Re: Merlin's Tea Party!

Might not need the scones, if we all go for the cherry pie, the Welsh cakes and that lovely cake that Imogen imagined! .... still, we are celebrating!

And just think, NO CALORIES!

Re: Merlin's Tea Party!

....... and something for our more adventurous feline diners?

Merlin thinks he will stick with the salmon his kind friend has brought along - he's particularly partial to salmon!
