Oh how awful.

I just heard it this morning on news. It's awfull. How could anyone do that to a baby, let alone your own child?

Re: 6 month old baby taken from Smethwick (Bham)

It's not certain it is the child's father - that's just my assumption after hearing that 'relatives' are helping the police.
It happens so much, but usually the father has the semi-decency to kill himself too.............How many cases can you recall of estranged fathers taking the children and connecting the car exhaust to the inside? I'm sure I've heard a few.
They must be so twisted/derranged. So sad

It just doesn't bear thinking about. How can someone (presuming it's the father) do that to their own flesh and blood? Im not an advocate of the death penalty at all - however when you read something like that - hanging the swine is the 1st thing that comes into your head.

Re: 6 month old baby taken from Smethwick (Bham)

Mmmm, now see that 3 people - 17 & 47 female & 21 male are charged with 'perverting the course of justice'.
My theory (maybe I've read too much Ruth Rendell) is - 17 is Mum, 21 is Dad 47 is Gran. Baby died (in whatever circumstances), body is hidden, story concocted and then police are called and told baby has 'disappeared'.
Just a theory - the truth will out in due course I guess.
