Is it like cotton wool? If so it's really dangerous, if they eat it it can tangle up their insides, it can also wrap around limbs causing them to break etc. You can use shredded unscented toilet roll in her nest, it's comfy, a lot cheaper and 100% safe

I kept hamsters a few years ago and this so called "safe" bedding is not safe..

I dont want to alarm you Elaine, but would rather tell you as I would hate for anything to happen and I could of stopped it.

Like I said earlier, shredded toilet roll is great to use, you can also get bags of similar stuff already shredded to save you the work :P

my hamsers called indy aswell and we live in ellon how weirds that!she is lovely i used to breed hamsters a few years ago and i had a few her colour shes lovely
