Horrid day weather-wise here, that cold drizzle that soaks thru you  Quiet day at work tho so that was good. Talking of Sky, since the really bad rain ours has been playing up so have the Sky Repair man coming out on thursday to check it out; the sound sort of skips a beat and the picture breaks up. Hope the US economy gets sorted ASAP, it has a majo knock effect on the world. What's the saying; America sneezes and the world catches a cold ? hope they can sanction a bail-out for all our sakes. Although I don't want the 'fat cats' to get away with it either  All in all, a bit of a stew isn't it? |

Well I've had a good day Mom Dad picked up their glasses really smart and better esecialy Dad's his prescription I have discover means his eyesight is basicaly Mr Magoo standard  Been and looked at a new sofa really nice but walked away today. Will go back Sat and haggle (as with the climate moneywise I intend to haggle) You know I never used to but now I do. And enjoy it - better still I win. I don't want anyone to not make a living but I want a good deal. Had my eyes tested pefect vision apparently. So good news there. Bad news my brother in law had been diagnosed wth Pagets disease.....he is really rough at the moment. Good news too I am happy in general cold almost gone. |
