It is pill from but you are not supposed to break or crush the tablets.

Oh dear, hyperthyroid meds can be difficult to regulate I know. Does she just have a unilateral goitre? I suppose if it's a very large one there will be the complication of damaging the parathyroid and hypocalcaemia as a result Hope the vet is able to come up with a plan for you (Is she on felimazole or vidalta?)

It is such a struggle-you can feel her left side is very swollen, the vets are concerned about operating because of the size of it and tha fact she is FIV. She is on 30mgs of vidalta at the moment.
