Thanks Eileen - though I can't take any credit for it! His Mum's really into classical music, and he's a wee ginger tom, so someone else with similar interests suggested the name fitted - apparently cause of hair colour... |

"Morning", all. Stayed up late and overslept..it's 1:30pm here. Have my 3pm eye appt, some library books to drop off, and then a rush home as they say snow may start as early as 7pm tonight House is a bit of a wreck but I think I'll get to it later tonight when I've got my errands done. One of the cats sicked up some bologna that K was eating thru the night He gives them too many treats! Have a good day!! |

Hi Eileen, yes chicken kiev has the butter inside, I did a mixture of fresh parsley, butter and garlic, stuffed the chicken with it then coated it with beaten egg and some breadcrumbs, quickly fried it off and then popped it in the oven to cook. It was very good |

Back from the optometrist, new glasses ordered It's threatening to get frosty. The hills are covered in snow and it's moving in lower and lower. 39 degrees here and dropping, wouldn't be surprised if we saw snow tonight. My fingers were quite chilled just from a walk to the mailbox. |
