Ok Chef Emma reporting back. The chicken turned out very well, very very succulent, I would however once it starts smoking turn it down so it is on a gentle heat, as our chicken was quite heavy smoked. I would definitely cook this again. DM I think fish or game would be very nice smoked, perhaps even pork?? |
