By all accounts they have had stunning displays in Northern Europe, including Germany and Denmark but there has not been "sufficient activity" over southern parts of the UK to produce a light show.

Ours was one of the only US states that had the brilliant Northern Lights.
Of course I forgot to watch! I was going to get the camera out and everything...
I could of got a picture over Lake Superior like that too. Needless to say, I was a bit disappointed that I missed it. Must of been amazing to see in person.
