No Yola, I am fuming, I dont know what to do now. I ordered it a week last Sunday, they said delivery would be on Wednesday, that was LAST wednesday, not the one just gone. I chose this company because of their supposed fast delivery, I need it for my old Ferret who is having a lot of difficulty in his huge home as he is almost blind and cannot negotiate the ladders, he wont use his bed if I put it on the floor. I am really worried about him he is very doddery and I have nowhere else for him. I have repeatedly phoned, emailed them, on their answering machine they say email, I have 4 times, I have also left messages, but they are not returning them. The message says they have had a BT fault but its all working again, so why havent they been in touch? They have had the £80, which is why I am reluctant just to go and get another one, HELP!!!! Get heavy Dawn. Are they just an internet business or do they retail through other channels too? Threaten them with the press and Trading Standards as they are in breach of contract if they gave you a catagoric date for delivery and then failed to do so. Also if they are not responding to you, you need to question then as to the viability of their business. Basically turn up the heat so they can't ignore you!!! Least ways . . . that's what I'd do but I'm a gobby mare  |

I am doing that Yola. I have left another message saying they are in breach of contract and they are obtaining money under false pretence, I have sent yet another email to their new site which they state on their answer machine and have had an automated response saying they will get back to me shortly, we will see!! Afternoon, Its so hot, so just come in for a cool. Just sat out in the garden, with my feet in a paddling pool! (you wouldn't think i was 22!)  Tigger's in the garden to, lying on the pato floor where its cool. |
