She's lovely Elaine - beautiful colour and she is a big girl!!! What kind of hamster is she? I only really remember having Russian hamsters as a kid. |

She is a massive, plump hamster, she is 7 or 8 months old. She's a Syrian hamster. Syrian hamsters naturally live alone as individuals and only come together for mating. She seems a little less stressed this morning but still on her guard, poor wee thing. I do hope she will settle completely and enjoy her life here. |

OMG Eileen just noticed your advocado, is that Onyx? Gorgous kitty xxx. No she is full grown now, she may get fatter if I over feed her but that wont be happening. |

Indy has settled in nicely now. She had loads of fun in her hamster ball today while I cleaned the tank . I didnt try to handle her to get her into the ball, she just went in herself, bless her. Eva waited excitedly at the other side of a closed door. On the whole though the cats arent too bothered by her so we may be ok. Am still being a bit cautous though. |
