Dawn where is your local PVC (sounds like a 60's coat) not a vets surgery where did you find out about it I would be interested as I am getting the girls spayed and that is almost 1/2 the price I was quoted and with the two???? |

I can understand where you are coming from Dawn, been with my vets 12 years, she has looked after all my animals, I know she is dearer than other vets, but couldn't go anywhere else....She knows me, as well as the animals... |

There's a " pet vaccination clinic" at Hopwood / Wythall Kazz (just off J2 M42) a young lady set up there a good few years ago now to encourage people to vaccinate & neuter their pets & was charging much less than half the price of others & there was complete uproar & all the vets were going mad - saying she couldn't do this - but she could & she did & it made people think that actually they would be responsible & neuter & vaccinate their pets. The branch then opened other practices (I think it's a different one to the ones Dawns talking about - but sounds like a simialr thing) Interesting fact - did you know it costs less than a quid to manufacture a vaccine. |

Our vets run nurse clinics for routine vaccs, nail trimmings, dental checks etc, etc Dog and cat boosters (Exc Leukaemia) are £15 and £20ish I think if you have the Leukaemia too. |
