no she is not used to dogs but i have had staffords and a kitten before. what i done is this and i hope to do it about the same this time when we picked the kitten up we had him in a carry box on the way home came in and let the dogs in to see him(he was still in the crate) i put the kids to bed and just left the dogs smell him and try to lick him though the crate. after the dogs had settled a bit we left him out but had the dogs on leads just in case. with in 2 days they had stopped tring to lick him to death and would sleep together. they were never left alone together untill the kitten could jump high to get out of the way but the kitten was alway boss. i dont think it is going to be that easy this time as Tara HATES cats and Grace is still a pup but they all know that i am top and if i say no then no it is. (for those that dont know i have 3 staffords) |
