What a lovely garden! I too envy you your grass as my small north-facing back garden would never support it and is better off paved. It's maturing very nicely there Emma! How are you going to extend . . . I presume out rather than up? |

Hi Yola, we are planning a large extension at the back, firstly removing the kitchen that ends out and bringing the whole of the bungalow back, moving and rebuilding a larger garage and doing a loft conversion which might involve us making the pitch of the roof higher. Architect is drawing up some initial sketches for us. |

This photo shows how the kitchen sticks out from the rest of the property, this will be removed and replaced with a similar one but much deeper and hopefully nearly as wide as the bungalow, we will then have a large kitchen/dining room and large living room and hopefully 4/5 bedrooms |

Flipping heck woman 4-5 beds what are you planning a bed and brekkie.... You should talk to Smudgley they had an extension done on their bungalow last year (maybe the year before time is flying by) But it sounds good though are you planning a conservatory or skylights...... |

I have enjoyed looking at your garden. The cats are beautiful. It is good that you are staying, I'd hate to leave somewhere as nice as that. |
