I would say definitely boy - my adult rescue cat was neutered when he was found at around 4 years old, and he still has promininent furry "sacks" left behind. I think if they are neutered before they develop fully they skin contracts and almost disappears - my previous cat had no visible furry sacks! They are definitely empty furbags though - if you poke one (gross I know, but like you I was worried that he hadnt been neutered after all!) it sinks inside out! |
